Option 1: Full Midwifery Care
Sliding Scale Rate: $4,900 – $6,900 (Non-Cash Rate: $5,047 - $7,107)
Includes:

Prenatal Visits (6–42 weeks, up to 20 visits):

Every 4 weeks until 28 weeks

Every 2 weeks from 28–36 weeks

Weekly from 36 weeks until labor

Labs (OB panel, NIPT, Sneak Peek, GD testing, CBC, GBS, etc.)

Urinalysis at each visit

Ultrasound referrals

Nutritional & supplement counseling

Labor Support:

24/7 on-call support during early labor

In-person labor support, vitals on mother & baby

Option 2: Planned Transfer
Sliding Scale Rate: $3,500 – $5,500 (Non-Cash Rate: $3,605 - $5,665)

One evaluation in labor (vitals, vaginal exam if requested)

Guidance & support during transfer

Option 3: Full Montrice Care in Labor at Home
Rate: $1,000/up to 6 hours (Non-Cash Rate: $1,030)
Additional Hours: $100/hour)
Travel Fee: $50 for homes 30+ minutes away or between 11pm–6am​
Includes:

One prenatal or postpartum visit

Prenatal Visit Options: labs review, position check, nutrition counsel, vital checks, pap/labs (extra cost)

Labor Support: 24/7 on-call, vitals on mom & baby, progress checks, accompaniment to birth location, report to staff

Sliding Scale Pricing
Sliding scale makes midwifery care more affordable. After birth, clients may choose to pay higher on the scale if able.

50% of final payments go toward nonprofit Ma Bailey’s.
-
50% of final payments go toward the Midwifery Fund to cover care for families with financial limitations.
